Mike "Doc" Emrick narrated my childhood
dream of winning the Stanley Cup.
On an asphalt driveway in Quincy, I dreamt of winning the Stanley Cup for the Boston Bruin. In 2019, three local guys; Weymouth's Charlie Coyle, Charlestown's Matt Grzelyk, and Walpole's Chris Wagner nearly fulfilled that dream. And while it didn’t turn out exactly as we wished, hopefully, they inspired many more young players to pursue their dream.
